Official Steam Launch Pricing and Discounts
According to official developer responses posted on the Steam Community forums by developer and publisher autotroph games, Haunted Heist targets an accessible party-game price point. The standard MSRP is set at $9.99 USD, with an active launch discount dropping the price to $7.99 USD during the initial seven-day release window starting on October 12, 2026.
The base purchase grants full access to the complete digital game on Steam, covering both Windows and macOS installations without requiring separate edition upgrades.
Third-Party Marketplace Pricing
For buyers looking at key distributors and price comparison aggregators, listings tracked by Gocdkeys show verified digital Steam keys starting around $8.48 USD at stores like Kinguin when using promo code OCTGOC10.
When factoring in standard platform checkout and payment processing fees, the total cost comes to approximately $9.56 USD. Because the launch discount on the official Steam store puts the direct purchase price at $7.99 USD, purchasing directly through Steam remains the most cost-effective option during the opening launch week. The third-party key is registered as a Global activation code, meaning it can be redeemed on standard Steam accounts worldwide.
